    This role represents and promotes Dallas Market Center, its tenants, and its events at on-site events and external events including select design-related trade shows, conferences, meetings, and other industry gatherings. They will cultivate relationships with key partners, expand networks, and reach new audiences with the primary goal of growing traffic to the marketplace throughout the year.

    Design Strategy & Internal Leadership
    As our design subject matter expert, this person will provide a key point of view for the company’s design strategy. They will use their insight into the design community’s needs, trending topics, and DMC’s differentiators to support the marketing team’s creation of events, marketing communications, marketing campaigns, and other initiatives.

    Position Description:
    • Serve as a liaison of the Dallas Market Center to the Design community in Dallas and beyond
    • Work with the broader Marketing team to develop and execute programs to grow designer traffic to Dallas Market Center and our tenants on a daily basis
    • Develop relationships with Interior Designers (residential, commercial/contract, hospitality) to build awareness and loyalty to Dallas Market Center. Additionally, build relationships with key Design tenants to support and integrate their outreach efforts into DMC’s broader effort
    • Identify strategic differentiators for DMC, trending topics in the design community, potential speakers, and key partners in the design space to be used by the Marketing team to design campaigns and communications
    • Work cross-functionally to support execution of programming and events 
    • Deliver remarks at meetings, events, and conferences when needed
    • Conduct tours of DMC facilities and key tenant showrooms
    • Use DMC’s in-house CRM system to track design interactions
    • Manage and stay within budget
    • Keep track of association membership including dues and sponsorships. Leverage membership of each organization to the benefit of the overall business
    • The role will require a mix of in-office and out-of-office field work, including attending after-hours and weekend events
    Required Education:
    • College degree preferred
    Required Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of Interior Design experience
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, verbal and written skills

The IT Technical Support Analyst II role combines Tier 1 and Tier 2 Help Desk responsibilities to handle advanced troubleshooting, infrastructure support, and system administration. This position serves as the escalation point for complex issues, assists with infrastructure upgrades, and helps maintain reliability across servers, networks, and security systems. This hands-on position emphasizes customer service excellence and a deep understanding of various IT systems, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and network equipment. This position is ideal for someone who’s mastered Tier 1 support and wants to grow into systems, networking, or cybersecurity.
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Resolve Tier 2 and advanced support requests escalated from Help Desk staff, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction via in-person, telephone, and online support
    • Troubleshoot and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365

This person will play a key role in our events, marketing, and creative team and will assist in achieving company objectives through the planning and production of special events including, but not limited to: parties, awards shows, hospitalities, and educational seminars and programming.     Position Description:
    • Event Planning
      • Own end-to-end event and hospitality planning supporting our home, gift, and lighting industries. Examples include panels and tours, lunch events, welcome hospitality, and keynote speakers
      • Own master events calendar and coordinate with internal teams, exhibitors, and attendees on execution
      • Provide on-site leadership for events, including help with event set-up, execution, and tear-down
